Baseline Golf Course is a beautiful par 3 and par 4, 18-hole course built on a former landscape nursery.
This fun event is open to all players no matter what the skill level. It is a pair scramble (***see below), which evens out the teams as the play unfolds.
Sign up as a single, a couple, or a four-some.
Awards and Lunch: Immediately following golf at Pasta Faire (the restaurant address is 10401 US-441 in Belleview)

Both players of the pair tee off and select the best shot.
Both players play their next shot from this spot.
This is repeated until the ball is holed.
Scoring is called 3 - 2 - 1!
The pair with the lowest score wins TWO points for the hole.
If there is a tie, each pair receives one point.
If a team birdies, three points are awarded.
If both teams birdie, each team is awarded 3 points.
Within each foursome, each player will represent a color (Red, yellow, blue, green). You should wear that color (top or bottom) for the day. Before the day of the tournament, your foursome will determine who wears which color.
Every six holes you will switch partners within your foursome. Special score sheets will indicate exactly which partner you will pair up with for each hole.

Day of the tournament:
Please allow yourself adequate time to arrive at the course, find your golf cart, load up your clubs, purchase mulligans (if so inclined), attend the group photo and of course SHOP!
You may buy 2 mulligans before the start of play for $5.00/each. Mulligans may be used on any shot but are not transferable to any other player. If you choose to use a mulligan, that becomes your shot. You cannot go back to your first shot. All purchased mulligans will be entered into a drawing for door prizes.
Contests:
There will be a closest-to-the-pin contest and a longest-drive contest, each held separately for the men and ladies.
Also, an Island Green contest will be held for $1.00 per ball. The winner will collect the pot. The Island Green WILL NOT count toward your golf scores.
FINAL Tournament Winners will be decided based on shirt color across all foursomes. The mystery is only revealed after all teams have turned in their official scorecards at the end of play at Baseline or the restaurant. Winners will be announced during lunch. Be sure to turn in your scorecard before leaving Baseline.
